Hello and welcome to The Highest Health, a business providing a wide range of healing treatments for you and the local community. 

I have been a practitioner in Bronte for over 20 years and am very passionate about providing services that support and enhance health and happiness to live abundant and fulfilling lives.

I have always valued my health and like all of us I like living my life to the fullest.   I am sure that means different things to each of us, for me it simply means keeping my body fit, healthy and pain free so I can do everything in life I enjoy and involve myself in all the things that are important to me.  

I provide a safe, nurturing and peaceful space to relax in so you can make the most of your time with me to rejuvenate from physical tension, mental stress and any feelings of heaviness, anxiety or uneasiness.

My clients value the time they have with me to focus purely on themselves which benefits not only their health but their personal success.

Massage rejuvenates and compliments anti-aging.  Massage also supports disease prevention. Some clients like combining treatments together, a tarot reading with a remedial massage or Reiki session can be very holistic. I also provide Australian Bush Flower remedies to give you further medicinal support once you’re at home.
