About Me

I grew up in a family where it was normal to be curious about other people and care about their wellbeing. I experienced how this created a better quality of life for everyone in the country community I lived in. 

My passion to live my life to the fullest directed me into a vast and diverse range of healing practices that I can now share with you.

Travelling overseas in Spain I encountered a Naturopath who said to me “Your health is the most important thing you have”.  He showed me an exercise to improve the circulation in my hands that I did every day until my circulation improved. When I travelled to Canada and was exposed to massage and metaphysical literature and cultural practices there and in South America, I became very interested in the variety of healing practices and arts available to learn.  When I returned to Australia my curiosity in holistic health led me into learning anatomical/scientific-based practices, natural therapies and metaphysical practices as well as psychological and behavioural-based modalities.

The Highest Health is my intention and dedication to offer you through my treatments an opportunity to receive, release, relax and energise yourself to maintain or gain your highest health so you can enjoy life as much as possible.

I know the beneficial impact that my services have on people because I incorporate them into my own life.

I am currently studying a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy that I am so looking forward to offering at the end of the year. The learning never stops!
